Reserves and Orders

Found the books you want? Set up an account with a password and use My List to make your selections and then click Proceed to checkout. No online prepayment is required: just your name, address, phone number and email address.

We’ll confirm the details of your reserve or order. For orders, we’ll contact you again when the book arrives.

Pick up your books in person or have them delivered out to you. Contact us to find out more about our home and office delivery service.

Our online service includes our fee-free, card free customer rewards program that saves you $10 on every $100 you spend.

Can't Find Something?

Our database is huge, but there are many items from smaller and regional suppliers and items that are just a bit off the beaten track. So if you can’t find the what you’re searching for: send us an e-mail message, call us (613-722-1265) or visit us in person for help.

Our database is designed primarily for books and as such not everything we carry is listed on this site. For cards, cookies, coffee, chocolates and more you’ll need to see us during business hours. You can, however, buy a gift card online.

Educators, librarians, government and corporate purchasing officers, please contact us to get information about our institutional discounts and how we can better serve you. Once you have an account with us, you can use the online tool for any or all of your institutional business with us.
