Welcome to the Comicshop’s webstore. This is our brand-new system that lets you choose books and graphic novels online and order them from Western Canada’s largest and most established comics specialty store. This online store is just a beginning for us and there are a few things that you should know about it:

One of the main reasons we are setting this up is to help school libraries order from us. We hope that librarians and School Districts will take advantage of our knowledge and expertise in the booming graphic novel market. We currently offer a 20% discount to schools.

• Searching Tips: Keyword Searches are fine, but try searching by author, too. If you like Ultimate Spider-Man, try an author search for “Brian Michael Bendis” and see what you get. Look to the sides there and try clicking on “Alan Moore” or “Jeff Smith”. Do a keyword search for “Batman”. Holy Google, Batman! Look at all those Bat-Books!
• Also, make sure to look over our "Featured Titles" browser above. These will give you lists that we’ve put together especially for you. We'll be adding more over time, and these lists will give you an idea of some of the great books we can offer our customers, especially schools and libraries.
• This site is currently set up for orders, but not for e-commerce. After you put in an order we will contact you regarding payment, pick-up and shipping options. We have been doing special orders since the store opened over 30 years ago. We have regular customers who we ship to all over Canada and internationally. If it can be gotten, we’ll get it for you. If you need it shipped, that’s just fine. It’s what we do.
• We’re busy now updating our data and we’ll have all our comics industry graphic novels up online and easy to find in no time. In the meantime, just remember that if you see something you want, there’s a good chance it’s in stock. If we don’t have it we can generally get it for you in about two weeks. Other mainstream books that we carry will appear as “in stock”, so we’re halfway there already.
