What is CBTitles?
In the past, there has never been one service that combined all the data needs of the Canadian Christian bookseller. Bookstores have spent valuable time downloading different files, then having to compile various information; still not fulfilling all their specific needs in one simple, easy to use tool. CBTitles is the first program of its kind for the Canadian Christian bookseller.

Who supplies information to CBTitles?
CBTitles offers Christian booksellers the chance to search through over 120,000 titles from 8 major suppliers including Foundation Distributing, Thomas Nelson Inc., David C. Cook Distribution, HarperCollins, Regent College Publishing, Word Alive, Augsburg Fortress, and Wood Lake Books. These suppliers offer products spanning a wide variety of Christian needs including best-selling books, music, and gifts.

Below are examples of different CBTitle applications and how to perform them:




The CBTitles file is easy to use, by implementing search methods such as ISBN, Title, Author, and Supplier.
Best_Auth and Best_Supl let you search for best sellers by an author or supplier.





Each book has an inventory card, which shows all the information of the book, including: Monthly sales data (shown by the numbers in gray under your stores own information). The left side of the monthly sales (where it says 95c) shows the number of Christian stores currently selling that title. The “c” signifies that those stores are Christian. CBTitles is fully integrated with your own inventory so you can see how your books compare to what other stores are selling.  By using this information you can make more informed ordering decisions for your store.





By using PubStock (area outlined in blue) in combination with CBTitles you can also check for availability from suppliers, and then place orders right from this screen. This helps you order accurately and quickly.



How often is CBTitles updated?
CBTitles is updated every Monday night and is easy to download using your scheduler in BookManager. We offer first time users a one-month free trial. One of our knowledgeable staff will walk you through how to set up CBTitles and show you everything it has to offer.


How much does CBTitles cost?
CBTitles costs $515.00 for an annual subscription, or comes free with a subscription to TitleLink. Either subscription can be paid in full, or financed with a 7% surcharge. TitleLink is a database of over 6 million titles including items in CBTitles, as well as those from Spring Arbor & STL Distribution. TitleLink is searchable form your BookManager inventory screen, as well as on the Internet at www.bookmanager.com.
