The Grand Okanagan Resort will host both the accommodations and education sessions for BMA2019. In previous years, BMA attendees had to split between multiple hotels, and the conference room for education sessions got a bit cramped during popular topics. The Grand has enough room to host all booksellers under one roof, and the education conference room is our largest space yet!
Despite the larger room availability, there still is a limited number of booksellers and reps we can host. Hotel registration is being released to booksellers first, with reps and publishers getting access a week later. If you are a bookseller and you'd like to stay at the Grand, please book your stay as soon as possible to guarantee a spot.
Room Rates & Booking
The maximum cost will be no more than $265 per night for the standard room. That price only includes the actual nightly rate + resort fees, and does not include taxes, parking, and incidentals. We are still securing funding to help offset your hotel costs, and will have a better estimate as we get closer to the event. When booking your stay, you will not have to pay in advance; you will only be charged upon checkout once the final rate has been determined.

BMA's education sessions start Friday morning and conclude no later than 2pm on Sunday. Sunday's special half-day session is for Canadian booksellers only, so American stores can bow out and leave early!
